Group Sales Manager Corporate

Overview

Group Sales Manager - Corporate — $68,000 +. As the Group Sales Manager - Corporate, you will generate and manage group business (group sales and transient markets) from corporate clients through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and customized proposals. You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and achieve revenue targets. This role reports to the Director of Sales.

• You will build excellent relationships with local and national corporate clients, third parties, and community organizations in order to generate business for the hotel.
• Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new business, responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries, executing contracts, and communicating client expectations to the hotel team.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal departments to support group events and meet revenue targets.

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
