Sales Management Trainees lead and train benefit specialists who meet with clients who have signed up to receive supplemental benefit plans that protect their families beyond what is covered by their employer koud. Trainees are great communicators, ambitious, motivated, organized, entrepreneur‑mindset, and committed team players.
