We are currently looking for a high‑energy, driven Account Executive with knowledge of SaaS technology and solid business‑to‑business sales and account management experience. As an Account Executive, you’ll manage your own leads, support outreach to a variety of metal industry businesses, and showcase our software solutions.
Responsibilities- Building relationships to generate new business opportunities that fuel the sales pipeline, via phone, email, and in‑person outreach, as well as trade shows
- Leveraging your deep understanding of our ICPS, platforms, and networks to be a problem solver and think creatively for our customers
- Working with your Account Specialist to manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal and shepherding them through implementation and onboarding
- Presenting our platforms to prospective clients, proving the effectiveness of our software solutions and our ability to provide value to their businesses
- Maintaining relationships with the clients you reach and supporting the customer success team when needed and identify opportunities to upsell existing customers
- Collaborating with a cross‑functional team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and processes and a willingness to coach other sales teams on winning strategies
- Achieving monthly sales targets and iterating on your process to continue to grow and shape the sales discipline
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the metals & software industry
- Consistent track record of hitting sales targets and growing accounts in a business‑to‑business sales environment
- Proficient in CRM software like Net Suite and Microsoft Office suite;
Hub Spot and other marketing tools are a bonus - Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must
