Marketing Assistant- Entry Level

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

COMPENSATION RANGE: $600-$800 WEEKLY

• Be coachable and open to learning old and new marketing strategies

• Be adaptable and ready to face and overcome challenges in their day-to-day

• Are sports-minded and have a do "what it takes" mentality

• Able to work 30-40 hours a week

Responsibilities include:

• Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights

• Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross functional collaboration with sales, HR, etc.

• Marketing opportunity for revenue

• Build relationships with clientele and management

• Generate new sales leads

• Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication

• Stay up to date on new services/products

• Attending conference calls, meetings, and informational training sessions with clients, trainers, management, and brand representatives

Qualifications:

• 2 year or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but will accept H.S Diploma or G.E.D.

• Understanding of marketing, including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution.

• Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.

• Ability to generate the maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction.

• Excellent leadership abilities

• Ability to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic, rapid paced environment
