Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus up to 8% commission on transactions.

We are seeking entry‑level, part‑time sales associates to work in our pawn store locations nationwide. A Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire store team to provide customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business, processing sales, loans, and other transactions.

• Greet and interact with customers, building rapport to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and well‑displayed.
• Execute sales and loan transactions following established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle all cash and negotiable items according to company policies.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicate the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers, showing respect.
• Partner with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
• Successfully complete all assigned training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain required certification.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and familiar with POS systems.
• Strong desire to work with people, provide customer service, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and perform basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work across multiple locations as business needs dictate.

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers can earn 2‑8% commission based on their personal performance. Details are provided during the interview process.
