We are looking for people who are customer service‑focused, enjoy troubleshooting and repairing tech devices, and can sell in a retail environment.

• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award‑winning, personalized customer experiences.
• Enhance customer experience with our “serve, solve, and sell” method, and help customers explore Asurion Connected Home products.
• Upsell Asurion products and achieve sales goals.
• Contribute and support the market based on needs of the business and store locations.
• Efficiently multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
• Self‑manage and set priorities.
• Demonstrate integrity by listening to the customer’s needs, providing accurate information, and behaving consistently with Asurion’s values.

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Preferred: 6+ months of product service support or technology repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passing background check (criminal and drug test).
