As a PT Lead Stylist, you will lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. The store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”

• Act through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and take the lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, exuding warmth and positive energy.
• Follow all policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager; ring employee purchases and ensure they are rung correctly within employee purchase policies.
• Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team in daily operations of the business—coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.
• Drive for results and contribute to sales generation and store goals. Maintain a minimum of $140 SPC and $150 SPH (sales per hour).

• Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands; willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends; growth mindset to persevere through challenges and push for solutions.
