Food and Beverage, Starbucks, Deli, Bakery (T1773) role s role involves providing guest service, maintaining fresh and accurately priced product on the sales floor, and supporting Food & Beverage operations across the store.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing guest needs over tasks.
• Uphold and execute Food & Beverage standards and processes, including deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, in-stocks, data accuracy, signing, and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements in line with Target policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set and update in-store merchandise displays and maintain backroom organization.
• Identify damaged, recalled, or expired items and process according to Target procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local adult beverage laws as applicable.
• Respect PPE guidelines and equipment control; maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Assist guests and communicate effectively to resolve questions and concerns.
• Perform other duties as needed according to business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks within time frames.

• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Ability to work in cold environments (34°F to at times) and in spaces with allergens; tolerate varied temperatures and humidity.
• Must remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
