Your Impact

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager by leading the retail team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll help drive performance, uphold safety standards, and build a positive, high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Supervisor
  • Promote a Safety First and Environmental Stewardship culture
  • Lead, motivate, and support the retail team to meet daily goals
  • Hire, train, and develop Customer Service Associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
  • Communicate and execute sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Manage daily administrative tasks (cash handling, paperwork, ordering supplies)
  • Build positive relationships with vendors and partners
  • Work indoor and outdoor shifts in an industrial environment
  • Support store operations during weekends, holidays, and peak times
Qualifications as a Retail Supervisor
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of auto parts
  • Experience leading teams, managing safety initiatives, and driving results
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
  • Reliable transportation
  • Automotive salvage or recycling experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
