The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities include assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality, and we will take care of the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
• Physical activity includes standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment or chemicals.
