With more than 40 locations across the East Coast, we serve runners, teachers, college athletes, grandparents, and anyone who wants to live pain‑free and move freely. Our team holds itself to high standards built on discipline, teamwork, and accountability.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, personalized consultations to customers.
- Demonstrate Good Feet product lines to support customer concerns and goals.
- Educate customers on the 3‑Step system and how it supports wellness goals.
- Conduct consultative fittings, including standing, walking, and kneeling to ensure correct product size.
- Support customers during balance, walk, and fit testing activities.
- Assist the store in achieving team and personal goals based on company metrics.
- Coach individual team members and engage in company initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions to optimize scripts, product specifics, and sales objectives.
- Maintain return percentage under company benchmarks.
- Maintain professionalism in all communication and business activities.
- Handle product deliveries and inventory management.
- Complete opening and closing operations as directed by management.
- Attend regular store and company‑wide meetings.
- Embrace Easy Step vision, mission, and values.
- Occasional travel to other stores for assistance.
- Medical, dental, vision, HSA, accidental, and disability insurance after 60 days (full‑time).
- 401(k) program after 90 days (full‑time).
- Paid Time Off accruing on the first payroll cycle.
- Work‑life balance schedule: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Saturday; closed Sundays.
- Paid Saturday lunches for specific store goals met.
- Discounts on in‑store products.
- Earn points for discounts on experiences or cash‑out gift cards.
- Hourly base + commission; average annual amount: $60,000–$80,000.
- Base hourly rates paid every two weeks; commission paid monthly.
- A tiered commission structure based on total sales in the previous month.
- Mindset geared toward brightening customers’ day through respectful consulting.
- Drive to reach set sales goals and KPIs.
- Collaborative approach to team building and continued learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and efficient.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
- Experience with POS systems preferred.
- Understanding of sales metrics and KPIs preferred.
- Passionate about the value and wellness benefits of Good Feet products.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Consultative sales or customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
- Constant talking, standing, walking, kneeling; assist customers with shoes and balance tests.
- Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Ascending/descending ladders or step stools.
