Shift Manager – McDonald's

- Take action first: lead Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Be results oriented: effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results.
- Lead restaurant experience: support the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards in three areas: kitchen (food quality, safety, cost, new menu items); people (hire, train, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals); and service (deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff is trained and organizing key service areas).
- Understand that teamwork is key: partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.

- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
- Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
