Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective action, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth shift transition. They also meet targets during their shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re seeking positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
