Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time in a fast‑paced environment. Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest, with friendly and responsive service.

• Welcomes customers when they arrive
• Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal specials
• Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
• Takes customers' orders for food and drink by writing them on a ticket and entering them into POSI
• Communicates customer’s special requests to Expo/MOD
• Prepares non‑alcoholic drinks and serves them to customers
• Performs side‑work (opening, running and closing)
• Participates in team service
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
• Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
• Communicates guest requests or complaints to appropriate staff
• Answers, reports and follows MOD instructions
• Works efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Maintains a clean work environment
• Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Arrives on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work
• Completes tasks assigned by MOD in a timely manner

• At least 1‑3 years’ experience as a server is preferred
• Wine and cocktail knowledge is preferred, but willing to be trained
• POS experience is preferred but willing to be taught
