Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead and coach Department Managers, helping them set and reach their own goals.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.
• Oversee recruiting, training, performance management, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous general manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older for management in corporate‑owned restaurants.
• Leadership, people management, and customer service skills.
