We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Realtor to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area. The Realtor will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with buyers and sellers, providing real estate advice, conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing market reports, and negotiating contracts on behalf of clients.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for staying informed about local market trends and fostering trust through excellent customer service.
- Active Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate principles, laws, and best practices
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills and a dedication to client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Greater Birmingham, Alabama real estate market is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using real estate software, marketing tools, and social media platforms
