Blueprint Property Management is seeking a highly motivated, proactive and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio.

• Provide excellent communication with property owners
• Oversee maintenance, leasing and rent collection
• Manage and communicate owner reporting and financials
• Achieve internal KPIs relating to the portfolio
• Assist the team in effectively managing all operations relating to the portfolio

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Real Estate License in the State of Alabama (
  required )
• 1+ years of relevant property management experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile, insurance
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

$50,000 to $60,000 Salary with Bonus (based off KPIs)
