We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to help maintain the curb appeal of the property. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has an eye for detail, and is passionate about customer service!

Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety and appearance of the community grounds. Specific responsibilities include:

• Work with landscapers to maintain the flower beds, plants, and grass
• Pick up trash
• Remove snow (as applicable)
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
• Complete exterior work orders
• Assist the maintenance team with make‑readies

• High School diploma or equivalent
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• Ability to pass a full background check

• The work schedule is Monday–Friday
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
