At Standifer's, you will practice high-quality, comprehensive small animal medicine. Our services encompass Wellness and Prevention programs, Testing and Diagnostics, and Advanced Care options. We maintain a consistent schedule of Surgical Procedures and are equipped to handle Urgent Care needs, providing a diverse caseload and opportunities to expand expertise across medical disciplines. You will have facility resources to provide thorough care, backed by a reputation for medical excellence in the Homewood community.

- Be the Director of First Impressions:
Manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects compassionate care. - Ensure Seamless Care Coordination:
Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly. - Advocate for Pet Health:
Partner in pet wellness, educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure optimal care for every pet. - Embody Compassion and Empathy:
Be a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
- Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
