Hospice of North Alabama is an affiliate of Bright Spring Health Services and provides full‑spectrum hospice services tailored to the needs of patients and families. Our team of dedicated clinicians and caregivers is committed to delivering exceptional end‑of‑life care.

We are seeking a RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions. The position requires strong communication, compassionate leadership, and a commitment to quality patient care.

• Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign appropriate hospice staff.
• Support and guide clinical staff during home visits, case reviews, and real‑time consultations.
• Help develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.
• Lead and participate in team case conferences to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
• Support staff development and continuing education programs.
• Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.
• Engage in community outreach and promote the hospice’s mission and services.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.

• Registered nurse with current licensure in Alabama.
• BSN preferred; graduate of an NLN‑accredited nursing program is highly desired.
• At least 2 years of hospice/home‑care experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license; insured automobile in good working order.
• Current CPR certification.
