OverviewWe are seeking a RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice staff, coordinate services, and guide clinical decisions. The position requires strong communication, compassionate leadership, and a commitment to quality patient care.

- Review new patient referrals and determine care needs; assign appropriate hospice staff.
- Support and guide clinical staff during home visits, case reviews, and real‑time consultations.
- Help develop patient care plans, set treatment goals, and prioritize care.
- Lead and participate in team case conferences to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Conduct regular chart audits and provide feedback for quality improvement.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical team members.
- Support staff development and continuing education programs.
- Assist in policy development and uphold professional care standards.
- Engage in community outreach and promote the hospice’s mission and services.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.

- Benefits may vary by employment status
- Registered nurse with current licensure in Alabama.
- BSN preferred; graduate of an NLN‑accredited nursing program is highly desired.
- At least 2 years of hospice/home‑care experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license; insured automobile in good working order.
- Current CPR certification.
