Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a LPN at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of rehabilitation and wellness.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing basic nursing procedures
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama
• High school diploma or equivalent required
