Gly Care is a hospital-based group practice specializing in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deliver protocol-driven, evidence-based care to hospitalized adults on Med-Surg and Step-Down units (non-ICU), with endocrinology support.

• Specialty training provided – no diabetes background required
• Full-Time:
  Mon–Wed + every other weekend OR Wed–Fri + opposite weekends ~16 shifts/month
• Part-Time:
  Mon–Tues + every other weekend OR Thur–Fri + opposite weekends ~12 shifts/month with full benefits
• Base pay: $98K–$105K base + monthly uncapped RVU bonuses
• 100% employer-paid PPO health insurance (no waiting period)

• Strong mentorship and ongoing education via Gly Care University, on campus, and virtual chart review

• Independently round using established protocols
• Manage ~25 patients/day (higher census up to 28–35)
• Participate in rotating phone-only after-hours call (2 to 3 times per month)

• Active or Eligible for Collaboration NP or PA license
