We are seeking a bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our growing clinical operations and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is a full-time, on-site clinical provider role. You will be responsible for evaluating and managing personal injury patients, collaborating closely with physicians, physical therapists, and care coordination staff. This position is ideal for a provider who values strong clinical documentation, clear patient communication, and structured care pathways.

• Perform initial and follow-up evaluations for personal injury patients
• Obtain and document comprehensive histories and physical examinations
• Assess musculoskeletal and injury-related conditions
• Review diagnostic imaging and clinical findings
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Prescribe medications, bracing, and ancillary services as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as clinically indicated
• Provide patient education and counseling in English and Spanish
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and regulatory standards

• Active Alabama license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required or strongly preferred)
• Experience in orthopedics, pain management, urgent care, emergency medicine, or personal injury is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured, high-volume clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
