Overview
Position Description Work Schedule:
Flexi, Irregular - Monday - Friday, PRN - 7:30am - 5pm, some weekends.
Work Location:
OBGYN, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinic, Women & Infants Center. Under general supervision, to provide and manage patient care. To deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation including, but not limited to, interviewing, obtaining physicals, providing patient education, determining initial diagnosis and documentation. To effectively interact with patient, significant others and other healthcare team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
To respond to the unique needs of all patients ages newborn through geriatric.
Under general supervision, to provide and manage patient care as described in the overview.
Position RequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate s degree in Nursing required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Preferred:
One year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in same specialty.
Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment required.

(10) demonstrate the quality work ethic of doing the right thing the right way; and (11) maintain a customer focus and strives to satisfy the customer s perceived needs.
