Credentials with Equivalent QualificationsEssential:
- Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
- Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State
- Basic Life Support
Essential:
- Bachelor of Science Nursing in Nursing or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Associate of Science Nursing in Nursing and 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Outpatient
Nonessential:
- 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Outpatient
Includes the services of nine (9) Board Certified Neurologists, six (6) Board Certified Epileptologists and three (3) Board Certified Nurse Practitioners. Services cover a variety of neurological diseases and conditions including but not limited to Seizures, Headache, Movement disorders, Neurogenetic disorders, Neuromuscular diseases and Demyelinating diseases. Academic Fellows, Residents and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners also provide care in this area, under the supervision of the attending MD.
Basic referral information is required for new/Consult patients and information may be requested prior to arrival for appointment related to the symptoms, prior history, tests and procedures performed.
