As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role by:
- Overseeing nursing staff and ensuring exceptional resident care
- Delegating assignments based on staff skill level and resident needs
- Providing mentorship, coaching, and ongoing clinical training
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, social services, and the full IDT
- Managing emergencies and responding quickly to resident needs
- Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Supporting a culture dedicated to quality care, respect, and compassion
- Completing additional nursing duties to support overall operations
- Valid RN license in the State of Alabama
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of LTC or related clinical experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent assessment, communication & leadership skills
- A compassionate, resident-focused nursing professional
