Description/Purpose of position

Delivering both in-home regenerative care and telehealth-based hormone optimization services.

This role offers flexibility and supplemental or primary income for experienced providers interested in innovative, forward-thinking medicine.

Responsibilities

Perform visits in patient homes and via telemedicine

Administer IV therapies when applicable

Conduct telehealth visits for hormone optimization patients

Complete patient assessments, review lab diagnostics, and develop treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and treatment responses

Document care accurately in EMR systems

Collaborate with Thrivelab’s clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

Deliver an exceptional patient experience aligned with Thrivelab’s standards of care

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Current and active nurse practitioner license in your state

Experience:

In joint injections (orthopedic or regenerative medicine experience strongly preferred)

Skilled in IV therapy administration

Comfortable conducting telehealth visits and remote patient evaluations

Proficient with EMR systems

Comfortable with home visits and patient facing care in varied environments

Passion for regenerative medicine and holistic patient care
