Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Automation & Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and drive qualified leads through strategic funnel development, automation, and social media management. This role combines technical execution with social media expertise to create high-performing digital experiences that convert followers into customers. You will work directly with our content creator to amplify video content, optimize posting strategies, and build automated customer journeys that drive measurable results.

This is a performance-driven role with bonus compensation tied directly to the leads you generate.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonuses: Uncapped earnings tied directly to your results. Earn bonuses for every qualified lead you generate
  • Earn additional bonuses for every lead that closes into a customer
  • Clear attribution system ensures you get credit for your work
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000+ for successful candidates

Translation: If you're confident in your ability to generate leads and drive conversions, your earning potential is unlimited. We pay for performance, not just presence.

Key Responsibilities

Funnel & Automation Management

  • Build, manage, and optimize marketing funnels, including landing pages, lead capture forms, thank-you pages, and conversion paths
  • Develop and maintain marketing automations (email, SMS, workflows, nurture sequences, lead routing)
  • Implement A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across funnel pages and campaigns
  • Ensure funnels are properly integrated with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Monitor funnel performance and report on key metrics (conversion rates, drop-off points, lead quality, ROI)

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that generate qualified leads
  • Determine optimal posting times, frequency, and platform-specific content strategies
  • Collaborate with our content creator to maximize reach and engagement of video content
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data
  • Stay current on algorithm changes, trends, and platform best practices across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
  • Manage social media scheduling and content calendar

Collaboration & Optimization

  • Work closely with our content creator to align messaging, calls to action, and creative assets
  • Translate creative concepts into conversion-focused landing pages and campaigns
  • Continuously improve user experience, page speed, and mobile responsiveness
  • Support campaign launches by building campaign-specific landing pages and automation flows
  • Maintain best practices for tagging, tracking, and attribution
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience building landing pages and funnels using platforms such as High Level, Click Funnels, Webflow, Unbounce, or similar
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and lifecycle marketing
  • Demonstrated success managing social media accounts with a focus on lead generation (not just engagement)
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for business marketing
  • Solid grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize for performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or professional services marketing
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising and landing page optimization
  • Experience aligning marketing efforts with sales teams and revenue goals
