We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and support our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This position will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and be extremely hands-on. and its sister sites, including and state-specific sites such as , are at the forefront of revolutionizing the divorce process.
We are dedicated to helping couples navigate their divorce by reducing time, cost, and uncertainty. As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with our Co-CEOs and the Head of Product (acting as Growth Lead). This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while directly contributing to impactful projects.
- Content Support:
- Help with blog updates, basic copywriting, and proofreading.
- Assist with publishing and updating blog posts, SEO landing pages, and other digital content using a CMS or automation tools.
- Develop new content pieces from existing; repurpose content from webinars, talks, demos, and customer conversations.
- Coordinate with designers to create compelling visual assets.
- Support sales enablement by maintaining an organized marketing asset library so sales can find them easily.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the execution of paid and organic campaigns and tracking performance.
- Support metric tracking, reporting, and analytics for marketing initiatives.
- QA content, links, creative, and assets prior to campaign launch.
- Email Marketing:
- Assist in the creation, launch, and optimization of email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lifecycle emails).
- Monitor email and audience performance metrics.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, segmentation, and testing.
- Social Media & Community Management:
- Develop and manage social media content, working with internal stakeholders and designers to secure feedback and approvals.
- Maintain a social media calendar, including scheduling and monitoring content across platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Engage with followers and trending moments across platforms.
- Assist in research and identify potential affiliate partners.
- Support outreach and maintain communication with partners.
- General Marketing Support:
- Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, asset libraries, and content repositories to ensure visibility across sales, marketing, and growth teams. Help organize and document marketing processes to improve operational efficiency and scale.
- Stay current with industry and competitor trends.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data-driven metrics and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic email marketing tools such as Hub Spot, customer.io, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Enjoy doing a little bit of everything, comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace, independent and hard working.
