We’re looking for a strategic
Marketing Manager to own and drive our digital revenue growth across all e-commerce channels. This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond campaigns—someone who connects data, customer behavior, and brand strategy to build scalable, profitable growth.
Onsite: $75,000 - $90,000
You will be responsible for shaping the e-commerce marketing roadmap, optimizing the full customer journey, and translating insights into action. This role partners closely with creative, merchandising, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure strategy and execution are tightly aligned.
- Develop and execute a data-driven e-commerce marketing strategy aligned to revenue, margin, and customer growth goals
- Own performance across key channels including paid media, email/SMS, SEO, on-site merchandising, and conversion optimization
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and attribution data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives
- Lead campaign planning from concept through execution, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints
- Partner with creative and brand teams to deliver compelling, high-converting digital experiences
- Optimize the website experience to improve traffic quality, conversion rate, AOV, and lifetime value
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Test, learn, and iterate—driving continuous improvement through experimentation and optimization
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing with a strong emphasis on strategy and performance
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth through thoughtful planning and execution
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions and prioritize work
- Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Comfortable balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear action plans
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
