The UK & ROI Activation Manager is responsible for driving excellence in media execution. This role oversees agency relationships, ensures compliance with global and regional standards, and delivers high quality, insight driven campaign activation. The position plays a central role in implementing integrated media and influencer campaigns, supporting local marketing teams, and ensuring operational rigor across all media processes.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Tasks Integrated Media & Communication Activation
  • Lead the activation of integrated media and communication plans across all channels.
  • Ensure local campaign execution aligns with regional orchestration and global best practices.
  • Oversee influencer campaign delivery and integration into brand plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media and communication topics across the MU.
Campaign Implementation & Media Specialism
  • Deliver best‑in‑class media campaign execution with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement media strategies across TV, digital, print, and OOH.
  • Adapt content and assets for local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Drive innovation through structured test‑and‑learn initiatives.
  • Manage media budgets, forecasting, and PO processes.
  • Upskill marketing teams on media tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Support media and financial audits to ensure compliance and transparency.
Budget Management, Agency Management & Performance Tracking
  • Lead day‑to‑day media agency relationships, ensuring delivery against KPIs and performance expectations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely reporting, optimization, and evaluation.
  • Support the use of agency governance tools (CMM, ComC) to drive efficiency and accountability.
  • Contribute to agency evaluations and performance reviews.
Measurement & Insight
  • Provide actionable insights from campaign evaluations and competitive analysis.
  • Deliver timely PCA (Post‑Campaign Analysis) reports and embed learnings into future planning.
  • Support annual planning cycles, including measurement frameworks and performance reviews.
  • Track competitor share of voice and broader industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Cross Brand Local Media Support
  • Support local media owner negotiations where relevant.
  • Provide cross‑brand media expertise to local marketing teams.
  • Ensure consistent application of media best practices across categories.
Your Profile Experience & Background
  • Experience in media planning, media activation, or integrated communications, ideally within FMCG, beauty, retail, or a fast‑paced consumer‑driven industry.
  • Proven track record of managing media agencies and delivering multichannel campaigns (TV, digital, print, OOH).
  • Experience working with regional or global teams, with an understanding of how to localise centrally developed strategies.
  • Strong understanding of media measurement, analytics, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and integrating influencer activity into broader brand plans.
  • Experience managing media budgets, forecasting, and financial processes (POs, audits, reconciliations).
