Pay Rate: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Your Ticket In

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, or a related field .
• Ability to read and interpret written and verbal work instructions .
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in varied positions , including under equipment, in tight spaces, or on ladders and platforms.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds .

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to provide personal tools required for the role .
• Experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes is preferred.

Step Into the Line and...

• Install manufactured kits and components onto new heavy equipment for custom applications.
• Follow detailed work instructions, assembly procedures, and technical documentation to ensure accurate installations.
• Perform proper torque procedures for bolts, hydraulic hoses, and fittings according to manufacturer specifications .
• Work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems commonly found in heavy equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment .
• Use hand tools, air tools, and shop equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete projects efficientl y.
