• Attend training on applicable equipment
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock material
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and equipment
• Operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the safety culture
• Cross‑train on multiple machines
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging, welders, etc.

• Ability to work outside under all weather conditions, including heat and cold
• Willingness to cross‑train as required
• Compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies
• Strong work ethic and safe working habits
• Team player in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and root‑cause analysis
• Ability to operate fabrication machines safely without supervision
• Work overtime as business requires
  
  Physical capability: lift 50 lb, climb ladders and steps, stand for long periods, and work outside when needed
• Read technical documents and service manuals
• Knowledge of industrial practices and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred:
  Minimum 1 year in a heavy industrial environment (not required)
• Reliable punctuality and work ethic

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
