Whether you’ll work in an office, operate a crane, run manufacturing equipment, or troubleshoot technical obstacles, you’ll receive training and support from the team to excel and reach your full potential.
What You’ll Do- Attend training on applicable equipment
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Assist in loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock material
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area and equipment
- Operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines
- Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the safety culture
- Cross‑train on multiple machines
- Operate rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging, welders, etc.
- Ability to work outside under all weather conditions, including heat and cold
- Willingness to cross‑train as required
- Compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies
- Strong work ethic and safe working habits
- Team player in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and root‑cause analysis
- Ability to operate fabrication machines safely without supervision
- Work overtime as business requires
Physical capability: lift 50 lb, climb ladders and steps, stand for long periods, and work outside when needed - Read technical documents and service manuals
- Knowledge of industrial practices and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred:
Minimum 1 year in a heavy industrial environment (not required) - Reliable punctuality and work ethic
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
