Fan Assembly Technician (Entry to Mid-Level)

Salary: $20–$24/hr (DOE) + full benefits
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do- Read and interpret assembly guides and technical instructions
- Assemble fan components—housings, blades, shafts, bearings—using hand tools and power tools
- Electrical Wiring of VFD's, Cont actors, Sensors, Spark Ignitors, etc.
- Gas plumbing for distribution piping and gas valves.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, ensuring tight tolerances and functionality
- Perform in-process quality checks and document findings
- Troubleshoot assembly issues, collaborating with supervisors to find solutions
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (fan assembly, HVAC, Gas Plumbing, motor assembly a plus)
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret basic technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
Preferred
Skills:
- HVAC or electric motor experience
- Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting
- Vocational training or certifications in related fields
