The Parking Operations Supervisor will provide support and assistance to the leadership and operational oversight of a city's parking accounts. This position will be responsible for identifying revenue‑generating locations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the management of full‑time and part‑time employees.

• Assist with the daily operations of the parking system, including monitoring lots, dispatching team members, and assisting customers.
• Possibly oversee a small team of direct reports.
• Contribute to the planning, development, and administration of off‑street parking facilities and programs.
• Participate in long‑range planning activities for public parking facilities and parking areas.
• Help recommend and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
• Support the management team in selecting, assigning, monitoring, and evaluating staff engaged in operations.
• Assist in monitoring expenditures and communicating budget variances to leadership.
• Promote safety by adhering to policies and procedures and maintaining audit controls within the unit.

• Ability to function independently as well as work well with others.
• Excellent verbal/written and presentation skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrative ability to supervise and properly manage staff.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

• High school education and 5 years relevant experience.
