We are recruiting an Operations Manager for a fast-growing U.S. platform in the long-term, fully furnished rental housing space. The business operates a large nationwide portfolio of furnished apartments and provides flexible, move-in-ready living solutions across major U.S. cities.
This role offers end-to-end ownership of property operations, inventory, vendor coordination, and continuous process optimisation across a multi-city portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of furnished properties, including furniture, materials, and services
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams to deliver and execute design projects
- Manage apartment and villa shooting scene modelling in line with defined brand and photography specifications
- Continuously reduce operating costs while maintaining quality and brand standards
- Liaise with, manage, and negotiate contractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Oversee inventory of city furniture, consumables, and bedding, including safety-stock optimisation
- Identify and report furniture damage and asset issues to design and supply-chain teams
- Work cross-functionally with support teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer experience services
- Collect operational data and update metrics to improve productivity, reduce unit costs, lower error rates, and maintain service quality
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience in property operations, hospitality, furnished rentals, or similar multi-site operational environments
- Strong experience managing vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Proven inventory and asset management experience
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on operational metrics
- High attention to detail and comfort operating across multiple locations simultaneously
- Salary: Up to USD 71,000
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
- Location: United States (hybrid; nationwide operational scope)
