This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Partner and support key initiatives through tasks, projects and assignments for an organization s learning and talent development programs.
• Support initiatives for learning and talent programs, processes and policies in line with organizational human resources strategies to help achieve business outcomes.
• Design, develop and deliver a variety of learning and talent development programs for in-person and virtual audiences. May provide stand-up classroom instruction in person and/or virtually to employees, managers and senior leaders across the enterprise.
• Provide ongoing support to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and talent development strategy.
• Develop strategic relationships with internal and external partners, collaborating effectively.
• Drive innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.

• Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
