Role
Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including Customers, Operations, Store profitability, and management/development of staff.
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Territory Manager position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for internal and external customer requirements for delivery of products and services
- Define fiscal responsibility and accountability for the location
- Set and execute goals and objectives for the location
- Manage and direct performance and outcomes of staff
- Demonstrate leadership of company Quality and Service Excellence initiatives

- Experience: 2-3 years of customer service, sales, and management experience
- Education: High School Diploma
- Analytics/Computer

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Organization
