Join EY as a Senior Manager in the Indirect Tax – Property Tax team. As a Property Tax Senior Manager you will lead client engagements, coordinate day‑to‑day interactions, review staff work, drive delivery of services, develop team members, and manage engagement economics. You will stay current on trends, developments, and legislation that impact our clients.

• Lead client engagements, coordinating day‑to‑day interactions with clients, reviewing staff work product.
• Drive delivery of services to meet deadlines and manage engagement economics.
• Develop internal team members.
• Continuously build technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact clients.

• Demonstrate an understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations.
• Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that exceed client expectations.
• Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
• Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client’s tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions.

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
• CPA or JD.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment.

• A proven record in a professional services environment.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
