Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within an organization. This role requires effective coordination across cross-functional teams, robust project controls, and consistent stakeholder communication. The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to completion, assigning tasks and providing direction.
Monitor and adjust project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Assemble and motivate cross-functional teams.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and controlled.
Define and manage project scope, documenting and communicating changes as necessary.
Identify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies.
Proactively resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Serve as the primary liaison with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, change logs, and closure reports.
Conduct project evaluations and retrospectives, obtain stakeholder sign-offs, and document lessons learned.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other PM methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
