Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 plus bonus
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize their operational functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery across all departments. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Oversight
- Ensure high levels of responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement systems and processes to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Quality Assurance Leadership
- Develop and enforce quality standards and compliance protocols.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct audits to maintain regulatory and customer‑specific standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
- Warehouse & Logistics Management
- Oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely and cost‑effective fulfillment.
- Optimize supply chain processes, vendor relationships, and distribution strategies.
- Lead strategic initiatives for warehouse expansions, freight optimization, and 3PL partnerships.
- Strategic & Financial Planning
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement cost‑saving measures.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Build and mentor high‑performing teams across customer service, quality, and warehouse functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive operations experience
, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
- Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and quality compliance standards.
