As a Biomedical Services Specialist at DaVita, you’ll be trained to repair and regularly service our dialysis machines. You will be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. This role mainly covers the Birmingham, AL site (on‑call pay, mileage reimbursement, and additional travel pay for assignments outside your designated area).

• Repair and service dialysis machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Use MS Office applications and DaVita-specific software.
• Participate in on‑call rotations as needed.

• Mechanical abilities, repair experience, strong electronics knowledge & diagnostics preferred (no prior experience required; we will train and certify the right candidate).
• Solid computer skills, including internet navigation and MS Office.
• Availability for on‑call rotations.
• High School Diploma or GED required at onboarding.
• Valid driver’s license, liability insurance, and acceptable driving record.
• Reside within close proximity to the Birmingham clinics and hospitals.
