We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal who wants their work to truly matter.

As a Litigation Paralegal at HGD, you’ll be a vital part of the litigation team, working closely with attorneys from case intake through trial. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident managing complex cases while keeping clients informed and supported.

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy and development
• Organize and manage case files, evidence, and exhibits
• Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Track deadlines and manage dockets to keep cases moving efficiently
• Provide day-to-day support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation

• College degree preferred
• At least 3 years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
• Experience with e-filing, case management, and document review software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
