Staff Attorney - Lending

Burr & Forman has an immediate opening for a staff attorney within the lending practice group. The attorney may be located in Birmingham or Mobile, AL;
Nashville, TN;
Atlanta, GA;
Tampa or Orlando, FL; or Greenville or Columbia, SC. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the applicable State Bar. Demonstrative work experience in commercial lending transactions (real estate and/or C&I lending) or other commercial transactions (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, tax) is preferred, but not required. Quality candidates will be self-starters with strong research, writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
