We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Litigation Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This opportunity is for a dedicated professional passionate about law and eager to make a significant impact within our firm. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, draft documents, handle discovery, and attend court hearings. This role requires strategic thinking and practical legal advice.

• Represent clients in court.
• Prepare and draft a variety of documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Develop litigation strategies, conduct/defend depositions, and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to provide necessary updates.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in the state of Alabama (AL).
• Proven expertise in drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and legal writing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to handle large amounts of complex information.
• Proficient in legal research software and tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Salary range: $110,000 - $180,000 per year.
