LHH is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal for a full-time position with a reputable law firm located in Birmingham, AL. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with 2–5 years of hands-on insurance defense experience, looking to join a fast-paced and professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout litigation process
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
• Conduct legal research and summarize case information
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Handle scheduling, calendaring, and deadline tracking
• Time entry and billing support

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience required
