Overview
Clark May Price has an immediate need for a litigation paralegal. The role will include assistance in the defense of hospitals and other medical providers in litigated matters.
Responsibilities- Assist in defending hospitals and other medical providers in litigated matters.
- Seek third-party medical records.
- Review and analyze medical records from a case-specific perspective.
- Assist in preparation and review of discovery.
- Assist in trial preparation and attendance.
- Prior medical malpractice litigation experience or other specialized medical background or knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic court filing and electronic file maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft business products.

Salary is commensurate with background and experience.
