Purpose: We are seeking an experienced attorney who wants to join the South’s fastest-growing law firms as an Associate Attorney in our Social Security Disability practice. We are seeking an experienced, client-focused attorney to manage cases from intake through resolution.
This is a full‑time, in‑person position in our Birmingham, Alabama, office with a competitive salary, discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Social Security Disability cases, including hearings and appeals.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Communicate with clients and provide updates.
- Manage a high-volume caseload independently.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active Alabama Bar membership in good standing.
- 3+ years’ experience in Social Security law preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passionate about helping clients and achieving results.
