Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is a multi‑office national defense firm seeking Alabama‑licensed attorneys with civil litigation defense experience in general liability, premise liability, construction defect, trucking & transportation, and workers' compensation for our Birmingham office.
Desired candidates have 1–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with 1st or 2nd chair trial experience. Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing motions, covering hearings, preparing clients for depositions, attending depositions, and handling cases from inception to closure.
We value seasoned litigators who can manage full case files and are open to hiring attorneys with the right experience throughout the state of Alabama.
