Role Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year + Sales Incentive Compensation
Actual compensation will be determined individually, based on factors like location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:We seek a Sr. Advisor Consultant for Highland Capital Brokerage, part of Osaic. This role involves selling life, LTC, DI, and annuity products to large wirehouse institutions, RIAs, broker-dealers, registered reps, independent agents, and agencies. The position includes recruiting and educating new producers on insurance solutions, guiding them from initial sales concept to sale with product expertise and excellent customer service.
A focus will be on recruiting, retention, and re-engagement of producers.
- Prospect advisors across channels to introduce insurance planning solutions.
- Promote and facilitate sales of life insurance, LTC, DI, and fixed/index annuities.
- Recommend products aligned with supervision and due diligence standards.
- Understand compliance and suitability rules relevant to accounts.
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and DOL regulations.
- Train and educate advisors on insurance product lines.
- Develop client profiling strategies to identify and maximize sales opportunities using enterprise tech.
- Collaborate with internal teams for case design, reporting, and carrier solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; H.S. Diploma or GED plus significant experience considered.
- Insurance license required.
- 5+ years of brokerage New Business or Life Insurance experience.
- 3+ years relevant Financial Services Industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and carrier/vendor websites.
- Intermediate business writing skills.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Series 6 & 63 preferred, or Series 7.
